Acceptance

By using the Repollit app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you use the app with your parent or guardian’s permission.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password secret, and for everything done through your account. Impersonating a person or organisation is prohibited, as is creating multiple accounts to evade rules or to abuse others.

Content you post

Content you post (polls, comments, photos, voice notes, messages) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store it and display it inside the app to other users according to the privacy settings you choose (public, a circle, or a private chat).

Prohibited content

You may not post or send content that is: abusive, hateful, racist or that incites hatred; harassment, threats or bullying; violence or self-harm; sexual or pornographic content, or anything that exploits minors; fraud, misleading advertising or spam; content that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights; or anything unlawful. We have zero tolerance for this content.

Reporting and moderation

You can report any poll, comment or account from the options menu (⋮), and you can block a user or mute their notifications at any time. We review reports and aim to act on a report within 24 hours. We may remove violating content and restrict or suspend any account, without prior notice in serious cases.

Anonymous posting

Posting anonymously hides your identity from other users only. The content remains fully subject to these terms, and we may act against the responsible account even when the post was anonymous.

Verified and admin accounts

Verified accounts (verified badge) and admin accounts are bound by these same terms, with admin accounts holding additional in-app privileges only (such as removing violating content).

Business accounts and advertising

The app may offer business accounts and sponsored polls (advertising). Ads are clearly labelled as sponsored. Additional terms, shown before you subscribe or pay, apply to business accounts. Advertising gambling, drugs, alcohol, weapons, pornography, or any fraudulent or misleading offer is prohibited.

Suspending and deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Content posted by users expresses their own opinions only and does not represent our views. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss resulting from using the app or relying on user content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.
