Delete your account inside the app

Open the app, then the side menu, then Settings, then “Delete account”, and enter your password to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and profile; all your polls, comments, votes, reactions, follows and achievements; your messages in chats; circles you created; the photos and files you uploaded; and your notification token.

How long it takes

Deletion is immediate in the live system. Protected backup copies may remain for up to 30 days and are then replaced automatically. We may keep limited records where the law requires it or to prevent abuse.

If you cannot open the app

Send a request from the email address registered on your account to: support@repollit.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and your username. We will delete the account within 30 days at most.
